With processing facilities in the major salmon harvesting areas in Alaska, North Pacific Seafoods, Inc. is a leading producer of fresh and frozen Alaskan salmon with distribution in Europe, the United States and around the world. To maintain peak freshness in our salmon products, we work closely with our fishing fleet to keep the harvest to processing time as short as possible. We also offer product traceability from the harvest area all the way to our customer.

Product Specifications
North Pacific Seafoods
, Inc. offers all five species of Alaskan salmon from all Alaskan gear types (troll, seine and gillnet). The main harvest times are from mid-May to mid-September. The specie offers a range of flavors from rich to mild and meat colors from bright red to pink. With this broad range of characteristics to choose from, retail and foodservice buyers can always find an Alaskan salmon product to fit their specifications. Our plants also have Chain of Custody certification to supply Marine Stewardship Council certified sustainable salmon to our customers.

The chart above lists our most common pack sizes. Other packs are available by customer request. Fillets can be cut to customer trim specifications, pinbone in or pinbone out, skin on or skin off.
