Pacific Cod is harvested year-round and is available from North Pacific Seafoods, Inc. as frozen dressed fish, shatterpack fillets, or individually quick frozen (IQF) fillets. During harvesting periods, fresh Pacific Cod fillets and dressed fish are available.
